Why NOW is the best time to look for a new job.

The burning question is, why would you want to look for a new job now?

The world is opening
Lockdown measures are easing, the pubs are now opening, we’ll be seeing friends and family soon enough, and likely already planning the next trip abroad for some well needed Vitamin D. We’ve all experienced pandemic fatigue and looking for things to return to normal, so why would you want MORE upheaval with a job search?

Businesses need people to grow with
Last year, following lockdown and unfortunately, mass redundancies across multiple different industries, the digital marketing and creative market was full of extremely talented people all looking for something new, and it created a huge plug in the digital skills shortage across the region. Thankfully now, there are relatively few people unemployed and we’re reportedly heading towards an economic boom which will see some sectors flourish and head into growth phases. How are these businesses going to scale? With you, of course!

There are some exceptional jobs out there at the moment, and at this moment in time, minimal competition from other candidates. This will change soon, likely towards Autumn, where after the summer period we see a rise in people looking for a new challenge!
