We're on a mission to find out how people perceive the daily commute and what their attitudes are towards relocating for work.

The rapid growth of the digital sector in the UK, means that talent is not always available and in close proximity to job vacancies. Relocation is an increasing necessity if employers want to recruit the best talent, which was highlighted in our Digital Skills Shortage research.

The purpose of this research is to establish why people commute, what is restricting them from relocating and what can be done to encourage more skilled individuals to the region.
