As the chapter of the "Great Resignation" comes to a close, the corporate world finds itself at an intriguing crossroads. By understanding their career aspirations and motivations, recruiters can strategically position their client’s organisation as an appealing destination for professionals who may not have been actively looking for a change but could be swayed by the right opportunity. 

To effectively navigate the post-Great Resignation landscape, recruiters must go beyond surface-level qualifications and delve deeper into the motivations driving potential candidates. Recent years have seen workers ‘Re-Shuffle’ into more desirable industries that align with their values, offer opportunities for growth and development, and provide a supportive work culture.
