Reporting into the Managing Director, the Client Services Director’s job is generally threefold. Heading up the account management team, and assisting the Account Directors is crucial, you will also be respected and knowledgeable, having strong understanding and capabilities in marketing and/or creativity. Secondly, this position is also highly focused on business development, attending and leading new business pitches and building strong relationships with existing and new client contacts. Thirdly, the Client Services Director will help shape and review the accounts, ensuring that they remain profitable and sound.

A CSD will spend a lot of time out of the office representing the business. From review meetings to social engagements, you will be the face of the business and help to solve issues or assist with Business Development objectives around cross selling. Although the CSD will be less hands on with the service, they will have the necessary knowledge of it to discuss in detail with the client.
