My client is a fast-growing health and wellness brand specialising in high-quality supplements designed to enhance mental performance, energy levels, and sleep quality. The brand combines the latest scientific research with natural ingredients, providing premium products to customers who are passionate about achieving optimal well-being. Their commitment to innovation and quality has made them a trusted name in the industry, and they are now looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join their team.


 They are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with experience in both organic and paid social media content, ideally from a health and beauty background. This individual will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms, with a focus on building brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be strategic, organised, and proactive, with a strong understanding of platform trends, analytics, and effective audience engagement tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports brand objectives, drives growth, and fosters community engagement across all platforms.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, and manage high-quality organic and paid content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia, aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
  • TikTok Shop Management: Oversee and manage the brand’s TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer interactions to drive sales and enhance brand presence on the platform.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns to meet key performance indicators, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Community Engagement: Manage the brand’s social media communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics, using insights to refine strategies and inform future campaigns.
  • Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: Identify and work with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure the brand’s social media strategy remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager within the health, wellness, or beauty sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging organic and paid content that drives results.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful paid social campaigns, with an ability to track and report on KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to social media strategy and community building.
  • Proficiency with tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing TikTok Shop and driving sales through the platform.
