Are you a seasoned Paid Social expert looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic agency environment? We're seeking a talented Senior Head of Paid Social to join our client’s impressive agency on a maternity cover basis.

Senior Head of Paid Social 

Lead and inspire an expert team of Paid Social professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment and you’ll have the opportunity to work on flexible hybrid/remote working basis with no strict office requirements however this role will require you to be in the office occasionally, therefore accessibility to Manchester or London is essential.  

As the Senior Head of Paid Social, you will be responsible for leading and growing our paid social practice. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving client success and achieving exceptional results. 

You will play a key role in developing innovative approaches, ensuring delivery is successful, and aligned with client objectives. Drive the development of Paid Social as a product to enhance the agencies service offerings whilst identifying opportunities for product innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate paid social into comprehensive marketing strategies. 

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of experience in paid social -   with up to date industry knowledge
• Agency Experience (essential)
• Ability to cultivate relationships with major suppliers and client facing experience
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• UK based & full right to work in the UK
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
