As the go-to Salesforce pro, you’ll play a vital role in driving system efficiency, owning everything from user permissions to process automation. It's the perfect fit if you're hands-on, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing users, roles, permissions, and data integrity
  • Creating insightful dashboards and reports
  • Automating processes with flows, workflow rules, and builders
  • Supporting system-wide configuration updates and improvements
  • Leading mini projects and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Working in Agile sprints with Jira and Confluence

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Salesforce Admin role
  • Proficiency across Classic and Lightning
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Some Apex, Visualforce, and HTML/CSS knowledge? Even better
  • Confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
  • Based near Leeds and open to hybrid working (3 days in-office)
