What you’ll be doing:
- Managing users, roles, permissions, and data integrity
- Creating insightful dashboards and reports
- Automating processes with flows, workflow rules, and builders
- Supporting system-wide configuration updates and improvements
- Leading mini projects and collaborating with stakeholders
- Working in Agile sprints with Jira and Confluence
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Salesforce Admin role
- Proficiency across Classic and Lightning
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Some Apex, Visualforce, and HTML/CSS knowledge? Even better
- Confident communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
- Based near Leeds and open to hybrid working (3 days in-office)
