This role is responsible for overseeing commercial activities within a designated market area. It has been established to support ongoing business expansion and focuses on coordinating sales operations across multiple teams.

The position contributes to the development and execution of commercial strategies, working collaboratively with other functions to support broader business objectives. The role also involves engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing...

  • Oversee sales activities and related commercial processes within an assigned scope.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Track and report on sales performance, customer trends, and commercial risks or opportunities.
  • Support the development and improvement of digital tools, systems, and automated processes across the sales lifecycle.
  • Promote a data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimisation.
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other functions to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance review processes.
  • Encourage strong customer focus, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Act as a key point of contact between local teams and wider organisational functions.
