We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our award-winning recruitment agency situated on the cusp of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. We specialise in eCommerce, Technology, Marketing, Digital, Analytics and Creative recruitment across the North-West and beyond. You’ll be given the opportunity to lead on roles with leading businesses across Fashion, Travel, Tech, FMCG and top advertising and marketing agencies.

The Candidate is a genuinely different recruitment agency; most of our consultants come from backgrounds related to the industry they work in. We have an autonomous work culture, with a realistic and healthy work-life balance. We work collaboratively and share our success as a team.

More importantly, the role! You’ll be a focal point of a growing, energetic team, where you’ll be developed from the ground up in 360 recruitment. One-to-one development plans with honest and genuine progression opportunities from the moment you start through to reaching director level. You’ll build relationships with our long-standing clients who use us exclusively to source their newest talent.

All of the above comes hand-in-hand with a really favourable package (below) and a realistic Manchester City Centre basic salary.

What is required for this role?

This is an entry-level role; we’re looking for candidates with 0–2 years’ experience. You will be trained in the role to succeed, but the following will be required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to learn with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work on multiple projects to deadlines
  • Team player and sociable individual
  • Commercially minded
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Passion or prior experience in the markets we recruit would be highly desirable
