Our client is a digital media company looking for an experienced Programmatic Trading Manager to lead a regional trading team. In this leadership role you will oversee campaign delivery across channels including display, CTV, YouTube, audio, and DOOH. You’ll coach and develop a team of traders, ensure campaign excellence, and collaborate closely with commercial, analytics, and product teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a regional team of programmatic traders
  • Ensure high campaign performance, profitability, and quality
  • Maintain strong client and agency relationships
  • Support commercial teams with pitches and strategy
  • Promote adoption of new tools, features, and processes
  • Manage a small portfolio of high-value campaigns directly

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in programmatic trading
  • Management or team leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency with major DSPs and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail
  • Passion for team development and innovation
