What you'll be doing:

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs), continually seeking ways to maximise efficiency and reach objectives.
  • Proactively monitoring the hygiene of paid media accounts, implementing automation to flag potential issues for timely resolution.
  • Collaborating with the development agency to recommend website improvements that bolster performance marketing efforts and optimise the customer user journey.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest performance marketing and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Taking complete ownership of paid media activity, from day-to-day activation to overarching strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a total of 6 years of experience in planning and implementing successful performance marketing strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of various platforms including GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing 6 figure monthly marketing budgets across multiple services/departments.
  • Strong understanding of bidding platforms and best practices.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills, capable of analysing information and making sound recommendations.
  • Experience in a lead generation environment, ideally within a regulated industry.
  • A critical thinker and problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and pride in performance.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.

If you're a strategic yet hands-on Performance Marketing Manager ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic financial services organisation, we encourage you to apply.
