A high-performing, award-winning performance media team is looking for a Paid Social and Display Executive to support the delivery of innovative, data-led digital advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and DV360.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in managing and optimising paid social and display activity for a major UK retail brand. You’ll work closely with agency partners, platform representatives, internal marketing teams, and channel specialists to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact across key categories like Beauty, General Merchandise, and Healthcare.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for digital advertising and an interest in growing their career in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign coordination: Help plan and deliver paid social and display campaigns aligned with business priorities across different product areas and seasonal trading moments.
  • Creative management: Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to brief and review ad assets, ensure brand consistency, and monitor asset performance.
  • Performance reporting: Extract data from key platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Smartly) and internal tools, assess campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic planning: Support the development and implementation of paid social strategy by contributing market insights, reviewing historical data, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Act as a reliable contact point across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth campaign execution.

About You

  • Experience managing paid social ads in an agency or brand environment, with hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and deliver insights
  • Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple campaigns across diverse categories
  • Confident in reporting, copywriting for ads, and quality-checking data
  • A natural communicator and relationship-builder, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proactive and performance-focused, always looking for ways to improve campaign outcomes through smart decision-making
