An established B2B software business is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of its demand generation engine during a 12 month maternity contract. This role is perfect for someone who loves building campaigns that actually convert, improving funnel performance, and using data to drive smarter, faster growth.

The successful candidate will sit at the heart of marketing, sales, data, and operations. Turning strategy into execution and execution into predictable pipeline. It’s hands‑on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys making systems talk to each other and spotting opportunities others miss.

What you'll be doing...

  • Owning and optimising B2B lead‑gen campaigns across inbound, outbound, events, and partner channels
  • Managing CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo or similar)
  • Improving conversion rates across the full funnel
  • Delivering webinars and in‑person events that drive engagement and registration
  • Using data to identify high growth opportunities

  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation
  • Confident with CRM and automation platforms
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong reporting and funnel‑analysis skills
  • Comfortable working across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Curious about MarTech, RevOps, and emerging AI workflows
