With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, they support a thriving network of over 160 franchise partners with marketing, operations, and strategic growth initiatives.

A dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager is now sought to lead the delivery of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns. The focus will be on strategic lead generation and the creation of engaging campaign materials that empower franchise partners to grow their customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded marketer to make a tangible impact across a national network—managing a sizeable marketing budget and leading a small team.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and brand standards

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end campaigns across digital and in-store channels, ensuring maximum customer reach and engagement

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, driving ROI through lead generation and brand visibility

  • Create and distribute campaign collateral to franchise partners, with tailored assets that support local customer acquisition

  • Lead performance marketing initiatives to optimise CPL/CPA across SEO, PPC, email, and social channels

  • Track campaign outcomes, provide regular reports, and deliver insights to refine strategy

  • Oversee and develop a marketing team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement

What you’ll need…

  • Proven experience in leading B2B/B2C marketing campaigns across physical and digital platforms

  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and analytics (Google Analytics)

  • Solid understanding of digital channels including PPC (Google/Microsoft), SEO, social media, email, and content marketing

  • Confident in producing creative and practical campaign materials for a wide range of audiences

  • Experience managing a significant marketing budget with a focus on measurable outcomes

  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Previous leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a marketing team

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills and a data-driven, creative mindset
