We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to help optimise the website, enhance the customer journey, and support digital growth. This hybrid role (3 days office, 2 days WFH) is ideal for someone who’s proactive, detail-driven, and loves working across teams.
What you’ll be doing….
- Merchandising product pages and managing on-site search via Klevu
- Updating product listings, banners, and promotions to align with campaigns
- Planning homepage content in line with seasonal trends
- Managing customer reviews and UGC using Yotpo
- Running weekly performance reports and analysing campaign success
- Supporting wider ecommerce projects and troubleshooting site issues
What we’re looking for….
- Experience with Klevu, Magento 2, or Yotpo is a plus
- Comfortable using ecommerce tools like Business Central and Power BI
- Highly organised, positive and self-motivated
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- A keen eye for detail and a natural problem-solver
- Passionate about online retail and driving results
