About the Role
This opportunity is for a driven and strategic digital marketing professional to step into a key role during a maternity leave period, with the potential for a permanent position. The focus will be on managing digital activity across multiple platforms, serving both B2B and B2C audiences.


The successful candidate will oversee the performance and development of a well-regarded B2B Trade Portal, support a major digital upgrade, and contribute to the rollout of a new ERP system. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, cross-team collaboration, and making a tangible impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external agencies to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and paid media
  • Oversee the ongoing optimisation of a high-traffic B2B Trade Portal, ensuring it delivers value to trade customers
  • Contribute to a significant software upgrade, with involvement in UX, content planning, testing, and launch communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the rollout of a new ERP system, ensuring marketing alignment throughout the project
  • Analyse digital performance metrics and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain and update content on the B2C website, with a focus on user experience and SEO
  • Support wider marketing initiatives such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trade exhibitions
  • Manage project delivery in collaboration with external partners and internal departments, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on exposure to multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead digital initiatives
  • Good working knowledge of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and digital tools
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Positive, proactive mindset and a desire to keep improving
