A innovative beauty retailer based in the UK is on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Manage to join and run their growing team. This is a fully remote role too so can work anywhere in the UK!
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:
- Working closely with external agencies and freelances to produce excellent marketing assets and ensuring targets are met
- Oversee the Digital channels (CRM, PPC, Paid Social, and SEO)
- Manage the Social Media Executive and report directly to the MD
- Manage budgets and deadlines to ensure targets are met
- Forecast performance of new initiatives or opportunities
- Help create social media content and improve user experience
- Continuously engaging in environmental analysis, A/B testing of campaigns and new platforms, and search engine optimisation in order to drive growth
Skills and Experience Required:
- 4+ years in marketing (ecommerce/fashion/beauty industry is highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Paid Social, PPC, CRM and SEO
- Experience working with digital agencies and freelancers
- Hands on experience of Organic Social media + TikTok
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, CRO and user experience would be advantageous
- IT literate (Microsoft office, especially Excel)
- Hands on experience managing marketing budgets
- Analytical – flair for numbers and data
- Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to go the extra mile, motivated, great at solving problems
- Great communication skills – able to manage a team and present to multiple stakeholders
