Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to bring in a confident and analytical professional who can translate complex data into actionable insights and support the performance of high-impact campaigns.
Working in a vibrant and collaborative environment, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing campaign performance, enabling real-time decision making, and contributing to software development alongside the Head of Product. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful, creative, and innovative data analysis to support marketing campaigns
- Work closely with campaign managers to enable data-informed decisions in real time
- Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the Head of Product with the ongoing development and improvement of in-house tools
- Contribute to continuous improvements in campaign effectiveness through smart data usage
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to all tasks, with a strong desire to succeed
Key Skills & Experience:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and VBA
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Comfortable using MySQL and understanding relational databases
- Familiarity with tools like VWO and Hotjar for behavioural data tracking
- Understanding of CRM platforms and Google AdWords
- Experience in building and maintaining SSRS reports
- Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment is advantageous
