As Salesforce CRM Team Lead, you’ll guide a talented crew of admins and developers while rolling up your sleeves to drive hands-on improvements. This role blends strategic thinking with technical know-how and offers genuine scope to shape the CRM roadmap.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a skilled Salesforce team
  • Owning sprint planning, Jira board management, and Agile delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align tech with business goals
  • Getting hands-on with flows, objects, and platform configuration
  • Acting as the go-between for tech and business teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years in Salesforce roles, plus admin certification
  • Experience leading in an Agile environment (2+ years)
  • Strong skills in Salesforce Flows and object management
  • Confident with Jira, sprint planning, and stakeholder comms
  • Flexibility to work hybrid (Leeds-based, 2 office days/week)
