Natasha Munro

Natasha is the Resourcer for the Search and Selection team here at The Candidate, she’s responsible for connecting and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Natasha began her recruitment career way back in 2007 and has since gone on to gain experience in all areas of recruitment from commercial, industrial, engineering and marketing. Her strengths lie in candidate management. 

Currently Natasha works within the senior search team alongside director Laura. Natasha supports Laura during the recruitment process, effectively matching and guiding senior candidates from application to placement, working with a range of marketing and digital professionals. 

Her ability to source and select candidates along with a keen eye for detail ensures the smooth running of a busy fast-paced department.
