Resourcer
The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates to meet organisational needs. Key duties include searching databases, networking, and using social media to find potential candidates, as well as screening applications and conducting initial interviews. The role involves maintaining accurate candidate records, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Strong research skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.
Recruitment Executive
Opportunities for complete beginners to learn to recruit the Candidate way with a bespoke, personalised development plan tailored to your skills and needs. Recruitment executives learn the trade and develop an eye for searching for, attracting, and hiring top talent. They are usually the first port of call for fresh talent, helping to coach them for interviews and tasks, and working closely with the rest of their team to learn recruitment inside out. In their training, they also learn how to manage and attract clients and get an opportunity to own a recruitment process from start to finish.
Recruitment Consultant
Our recruitment consultant specialise in one of our products, Digital, Marketing, Creative, Technology then Data, BI and Analytics. They build strong relationship with their own clients and candidates and take full ownership of your recruitment processes. They are encouraged to make partnerships with their communities to fully understand their needs and cultures.
Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager leads and manages the recruitment team, ensuring the achievement of individual and team KPIs. They are responsible for training, nurturing, and supporting team members, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The role includes overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring compliance, managing budgets. This is a great role to practice strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and analysis.
Associate Director
The Associate Director at The Candidate lead and manage their recruitment department, ensuring the achievement of departmental and individual KPIs. They are responsible for influencing and shaping recruitment strategy, as well as training, nurturing, and supporting team managers. The role includes overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and utilising data for continuous improvement.
Director
The Recruitment Directors at The Candidate are responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment function, shaping and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to meet organisational goals. This role involves leading and managing the recruitment department, ensuring the achievement of departmental KPIs, and developing and nurturing high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include setting recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with legal standards, managing budgets, fostering strategic partnerships, and leveraging data analytics for continuous improvement. They report direct to the Board.
